All Sanguis Ornatus pieces are made to order by hand so please allow up to four weeks for production and shipment. DOLLHOUSE pieces will take longer to ship due to hardware casting production times and availability. If your piece is time sensitive, reach out before ordering to see if we can expedite the process; this will depend on hardware, style, etc. and there may be a RUSH fee.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Pieces will be shipped via USPS with limited tracking and may take up to six weeks for delivery, please email for alternate shipping options with varied pricing based on carrier, location, weight, etc. - thank you!

EU SHIPPING: Please be aware of newly updated USPS duties charges for all European shipping. We are not responsible for payment of these charges.

All sales are final. Since each piece is made to order, please also make sure to measure correctly and don’t hesitate to reach out about sizing questions or measuring assistance. Depending on the piece, adjustments may be able to be arranged after the item is received for an adjustment fee.
